I EXIST

After a major power failure in a massive asteroid mining station, everyone was evacuated—except one person. The power grid manager, left behind without knowing it, keeps the systems running day after day, believing his crew will contact him once repairs are complete.

He follows his daily routine—checking logs, managing the power grid, eating from the last few rations, and waiting for a signal that never comes. Each day feels the same, the silence growing heavier as he sends power to empty sectors.

Weeks pass. The food runs out. The power reserves start dying. Slowly, he begins to realize the truth—he’s completely alone. Everyone left him there to die.

The game shows his final two weeks: his routine, his hope, his confusion, and his gradual acceptance that no one is coming back. It’s a quiet story about isolation, false hope, and the human need to keep doing something—anything—even when there’s nothing left to save.

Theme Interpretation

Our game fits the Re{think, Mix, Make} theme through both its mechanics and its meaning.

At its heart, the game is about rethinking the ordinary.

We rethink each day’s simple actions: eating, working, sleeping. They turn from habit into purpose in a world

We mix systems. The player literally remixes power flow each day, balancing limited energy across sectors..

We make through art and context. Inspired by famous painter Van Gogh’s Starry Night, our visuals reinterpret his fractured calm into a sci-fi space station. Even the corporation name ties this artistic influence into the lore

Take Note

It can happen that game can just bug out sometimes and show that you have to read the first file while the comms show password needed or maybe Error no data, just restart the game.
