Opening Story:

You are a black market organ trader, traveling disguised as a doctor on the Red Line Express. The train is headed for the Spire—rumored to be a place of healing and also the biggest city in this bleeding planet. But it’s also a last chance for the desperate. One by one, strangers enter your cabin with strange requests. Help them or not its your decision. Every organ you take or give will change what happens next.

And all the while, your daughter is waiting—hoping her father makes it this time.
